Exceed Hockey

All members will be tested in various on-ice categories during the course of the program.  Testing provides immediate feedback regarding areas that have been improved upon and areas that need improvement. 

Bantam, Peewee, and Squirt players will be tested twice; High School/Junior players three times.

All on-ice speed testing will be conducted using the Speedtrap II Wireless Timing System.

Testing will be conducted in the following categories on pre-scheduled dates:

• On-ice acceleration
• Full lap speed

• Various competitive skill drills
• Performed on pre-scheduled dates

* All testing and skills competitions are included in the Exceed Hockey fees.  Players will be provided with their results for comparison and goal setting purposes.
